GET TO KNOW LPG INSTALLATIONS FOR DIRECT INJECTION

THE TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPED BY US IS BASED ON WORK PRIMARILY ON LPG WITH ONLY A LITTLE PB INJECTION. THE MAIN FUEL IS LPG, SUPPLIED IN THE VOLATILE STAGE USING A SEPARATE SET OF INJECTORS, AND THE PETROL DOSING IS MADE WITH THE USE OF FACTORY INJECTIONS AND IS LIMITED TO A MINIMUM

Zenit Direct Box is an innovative system in which the petrol dosing range is smoothly set within the engine operation range. However, the amount of petrol doses is so low that it does not significantly affect driving economy. We prove that installation of LPG for direct injection does not have to involve huge financial outlays! Below is the current list of engines for which Zenit Direct installation has been developed.

COMBUSTION RESULTS ON ZENIT DIRECT BOX 4 CYL LPG INSTALLATION - DRIVING SAVINGS ON THE EXAMPLE OF FORD MONDEO 2.0 ECOBOOST 240KM

For calculations we assume:

  • installation price: approx. 4 500 PLN
  • Petrol price: PLN 6.44/l
  • LPG price: PLN 2.86/l

Before installation of the autogas system, the car consumed about 12 liters of petrol per 100 km in the combined cycle. After installing Zenit Direct Box autogas system, car consumes approx. 11 l of LPG and approx. 1.9 l of Pb. The savings from driving on LPG amount to approx. 34 PLN/100 km, and the return on investment was already after 13,000 km.

COMBUSTION RESULTS USING ZENIT DIRECT BOX 4 CYL LPG INSTALLATION - DRIVING SAVINGS ON THE EXAMPLE OF CITROEN DS 4, 1.6 THP, 156 KM

For calculations we assume:

  • installation price: approx. 4 500 PLN
  • Petrol price: 6.44 PLN/l
  • LPG price: 2.86 PLN/l

Before installation of the autogas system, the car consumed about 10 liters of petrol per 100 km in the combined cycle. After installing the autogas system, the Zenit Direct Box car consumes approx. 9 l of LPG and approx. 1.7 l of Pb. The savings from driving on LPG amount to approx. PLN 28/100 km, and the return on investment was already after 16,000 km.
